Advent and Christmas

The season of Advent begins on December 1. During this season, we will prepare our hearts, minds, and community for the time when God comes into the world. This includes looking to the past, when God became one of us in the town of Bethlehem. And it includes looking to the future, when our Lord and Savior will return in glory.

Sunday Mornings

Sunday morning worship will include the lighting of Advent wreath. And on December 15th, our youth will lead us in a service of lessons and carols.

Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, we celebrate the mystery of God’s incarnation. God didn’t simply enter the world looking like one of us, but as one of us. God laid aside glory and was born into the world as a baby, in humility, among a dispossessed people, to save us. Join us as we celebrate!
